Information: The black clamp (-) can also be connected to the vehicle chassis (see instruction manual of the
car manufacturer). Both clamps must have good contact and be seated properly.
Before connecting the device to 230 V mains network make sure the battery clamps are connected
correctly.
3. Connect the charger plug to 230 V power supply socket.
Once properly connected, the charger starts operating and displays initial screen (standby mode). The charger
automatically turns on default settings in this mode.
If it recognizes faulty battery or reversed polarity, error indicator will show up. In such case disconnect the
charger from power supply, check the battery and connection.
INFORMATION: The battery will be recognised as faulty when its voltage is below 4.0 V (in 6 V batteries) or 8.0
V (in 12 V batteries). Check the battery in a special workshop.

CHARGING MODE OPTIONS:
Display Mode description
Charging mode 7.2 V suitable for 6 V batteries up to 14 Ah capacity in regular conditions.
Suitable for wet batteries and most of gel batteries.
Charging mode 7.4 V appropriate for 6 V batteries up to 14 Ah capacity in temperatures
below zero degrees. Suitable for wet batteries and most of gel batteries.
Charging mode 14.3 V suitable for 12 V batteries up to 14 Ah capacity in regular
conditions. Suitable for wet batteries and most of gel batteries.
Charging mode 14.8 V suitable for 12 V batteries up to 14 Ah capacity in temperatures
below zero degrees. Suitable for wet batteries and most of gel batteries.
Charging mode 14.8 V suitable for 12 V batteries up to 14 Ah capacity in temperatures
below zero degrees. Suitable for wet batteries and most of gel batteries.
Charging mode 14.8 V suitable for 12 V batteries with capacity above 14 Ah in
temperatures below zero degrees. Also suitable for many AMG batteries (with
electrolyte absorbing mats).
STATUS INDICATORS:
Indicates readiness (standby) after connecting a battery correctly. Displays real
battery voltage.
Displays information on charging process in respective modes (bars inside the battery
symbol will be flashing, depending on the charging status). Displays real battery
voltage and selected charging mode.
