STEP 4:
1. Attach the Wheel Assembly Frame on each side of the Gear Box Axle.
2. Make sure the hole on Axle of Gear Box is to be on the right side when assembly as
shown. Tighten all the bolts and nuts.
3. Swivel the wheel enable the hole on the wheel is in alignment with the hole on the axle.
4. Assembly the tube cover on the wheel.
