Crankshaft Locking Bolt (3),

• Insert the crankshaft fixing bolt into the opening provided.
Note: The crankshaft fixing bolt only fixes the crankshaft in normal direction of
motor rotation. The end of the crankshaft fixing bolt must be specially designed
for this touch the intended surface on the crankshaft.
• If the crankshaft fixing bolt cannot be fully inserted, this means that the
crankshaft is not in the correct position.
• Remove the crankshaft fixing bolt and turn the crankshaft approx. 90 ° in the
normal direction of rotation of the engine keep turning.
• Insert the crankshaft fixing bolt up to the stop.
• Continue turning the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation until it rests
against the crankshaft fixing bolt.
• Tighten the crankshaft fixing bolt to 30 Nm.
