FIRST USE
1. Remove all packing materials.
2. Use hot water, liquid detergent and a non-abrasive sponge to clean the
plate and pan.
3. Clean the internal and external surfaces with a clean cloth.
NOTE ! Before using the product to prepare food for the first time, per-
form the steaming and frying functions for 15 minutes without food in
the pan. During this process, there may be a slight odor and smoke and
the water pump may emit a loud vibration noise during the first minute
of operation. This is normal when the product is first turned on and is
not a cause for alarm.
4. Make sure the product is used in a ventilated environment.
