2 Regulatory Statements
European Community Directive Conformance Statement
This product is in conformity with the protection requirements of EC Council Directive
89/336/EEC on the approximation of laws of the Member States relating to
electro-magnetic compatibility. This product satisfied the Class B limits of EN55022.
Battery Replacement
A lithium battery in some computers maintains system configuration information. In
the event that the battery fails to maintain system configuration information, NECC
recommends that you replace the battery. For battery replacement information, call
your NECC dealer
There is a danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly
replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the
manufacturer. Discard used batteries according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Battery Disposal
The main battery is made of Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) and the CMOS clock battery is made
of Lithium.
Contact your local waste management officials for other information regarding the
environmentally sound collection, recycling, and disposal of the batteries.

system is H8NTAI-34309-M5-E REN 0.4A. If your system has a built-in mini-PCI
modem/LAN, the FCC registration number of your system is 2U6MLA-34036-M5-E
