Communicating with Your NEC Versa 6-9

Click Apply, then click OK to close the Infrared Monitor window.

Enabling the IR Port in Windows 2000

Follow these steps to enable the IR port in Windows 2000.

From the Windows taskbar, select Start, Settings, Control Panel, and double click
the Wireless Link icon.

Select the Hardware tab and click the Properties button.

Under Device usage:, select Use the device (enable). Click OK, then click OK
again to close the Wireless Link window.
