Slashed Zero
(only IBM) Indicates whether or not the zero is printed with a
diagonal slash:
disabled or enabled.
Ink Save Mode Procedure for reducing the volume of inking on
heavily printed pages in BIM mode:

Width Type<R>
(only PCL III +) Defines the dimensions of the character/symbol
printed, according to the FONT selected (see
parameter). Some fonts are not affected:
normal; half width; half height; half width and
half height.
PC Table

selected character set table will be used:
