Enter the member mailboxes in the Distribution List (20 members
maximum). When setting this data via phone programming or
PC/Web Programming, the mailboxes are entered by their mailbox
number (1 ~ 128 (V3.5 Changed) or 1 ~ 32 for Group mailboxes)
not by their extension number.
Operation
Recording and Sending a Message to a Distribution List
To record and send a message to a Distribution List:
1.
Log onto the Subscriber Mailbox.
2.
[Rec]
Select Record and Send a Message.

3.
Record your message.
[Pause]
Pause recording
• Alternately dial

to pause.
[Resume]
Resume recording if paused.
• Alternately dial

to resume.
Cncl]
Cancel recording.

to delete a recording.

End (accept) the recording.
• Alternately dial

to accept the recording.

Dial the Distribution Mailbox number.
[Cont]
Send the message to the selected Distribution List.

Back up and reenter the Distribution Mailbox number.

Return to the Main Menu without sending the message.

Editing a Distribution List and Recording a Name
To edit a Distribution List and record a name:

Log onto a System Administrator's Mailbox.

Select the System Administrator features.
