(3)  Connection between array controllers and FC disk enclosures 

Push the connector of the FC cable (HSSDC-HSSDC) provided with the disk enclosure, or the 
available optionally FC cable (HSSDC-HSSDC) into the FC connector (DP0) for the disk enclosure of 
the controller 0 (CONT0) until a click is heard. 

Push the connector at the other end of the FC cable (HSSDC-HSSDC) into the FC-IN connector on 
Adapter 0 (ADP0) of the disk enclosure until a click is heard. 

Similarly, connect the FC connector (DP0) for the disk enclosure of the other controller 1 (CONT1) to 
the FC-IN connector on Adapter 1 (ADP1) of the disk enclosure. 

Connect the DP1 connector on Controller 0 (CONT0) and DP0 connector on Controller 1 (CONT1) to 
the other FC disk enclosure/SATA disk enclosure. 

If you have attached the DE port NF2900-SP02E to the NF2900-SR40E, use the FC cable 
(HSSDC-HSSDC) provided with the DE port or available optionally CONT-DE cable 
(NF9120-SJ43E). Push the connector at one end of the cable into the FC connector (DP2) of the disk 
enclosure on the DE port of Controller 0 (CONT0) until a click is heard.   

Push the connector at the other end of the FC cable (HSSDC-HSSDC) into the FC-IN connector on 
Adapter 0 (ADP0) of the FC disk enclosure until a click is heard. 

Similarly, connect the FC connector (DP2) of the disk enclosure on DE port installed in the other 
controller 1 (CONT1) to the FC-IN connector on Adapter 1 (ADP1) of the FC disk enclosure. 

Connect the DP3 connector of the DE port installed on Controller 0 (CONT0) and DP3 connector of 
the DE port installed on Controller 1 (CONT1) to the other FC disk enclosure/SATA disk enclosure.
