3. Convenient Features

If input signal is switched, the lens will not shift to the les shift, zoom and focus val-
ues for the selected [PROFILE] number.
ON
If input signal is switched, the lens will shift to the values for the selected [PROFILE]
number.
If no adjusted values have been stored to [LENS MEMORY], the lens will apply
[REF. LENS MEMORY] adjusted values. Alternatively, if no adjusted values have
been stored to [REF. LENS MEMORY], the lens will stay unmoved.

When the power is turned on, the lens shutter opens and the picture is projected.
CLOSE
The lens shutter remains closed even when the power is turned on. Press the SHUT-
TER button to open the shutter and project the picture.

The lens shutter remains open when the picture disappears e.g. when the input terminal
is switched and so on.
CLOSE
The lens shutter closes when the picture disappears e.g. when the input terminal is
switched and so on.
FADE TIME
IN
Set how long the light will take to fade in after the SHUTTER button is pressed.
The time can be set from 0 to 10 seconds in increments of 1 second.
OUT
Set how long the light will take to fade out after the SHUTTER button is pressed.
The time can be set from 0 to 10 seconds in increments of 1 second.

Storing Changes for Lens Shift, Zoom, and Focus [LENS
MEMORY]
This function serves to store the adjusted values when using the LENS SHIFT, ZOOM and FOCUS buttons of the pro-
jector. Adjusted values can be applied to the signal you selected. This will eliminate the need to adjust lens shift, focus,
and zoom at the time of source selection. There are two ways to save adjusted values for lens shift, zoom, and focus.

two kinds of adjusted values can be stored.

Use the adjusted values for the signal with a different aspect ratio or
resolution. The adjusted values can be applied at the time of source
selection.

NOTE:
• Be sure to carry out [LENS CALIBRATION] after installing the lens unit L4K-11ZM/L4K-15ZM/L4K-20ZM.
If you need to replace the lens unit, contact your distributor and have them do it for you.
