Collecting Failure Information
If the server does not work correctly, you can collect failure information by using the following way.
The failure information described here is to be collected only at the request of your sales representative.
Important When the system restarts after a failure has occurred, a message may appear
indicating virtual memory shortage. Ignore this message and proceed with
starting the system. Resetting the system may result in an inability to
properly dump the data.

Collecting Event Logs (for Windows)
To collect various event logs, follow the steps below.
Tips
If a STOP error, system error, or stall occurs, restart the system and follow the
steps below.

on the menu that appears when you right click
