TO CHANGE WHAT NEAXMAIL AD-120 SAYS WHEN YOU ANSWER CALLS

Tell me who...    

NEAXMail AD-120 plays the recorded name 

associated with the dialed extension. Use this setting when two or 
more people share a phone.

Announce before connecting...    

NEAXMail AD-120 tells you when it 

connects the call.

Ask me if...    

NEAXMail AD-120 asks if you want to take the call or 

have the caller leave a message. You can use this setting with the 
“Tell me who the call is for” option (for example, to decline a call for 
someone you share a phone with). You can also use this setting with 
the “Screen calls to me” option under Call Screening Settings (for 
example, to accept or decline calls based on the identity of the 
caller).
