INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. GENERAL

This chapter explains the work procedures pertaining to the installation of the DRU, cable connections with the
battery, switch setting on the circuit cards, cable connections between the NEAX2400 IMS and the DRU and
between the DRU and D

term

/Analog PB TEL.

For procedures not explained in this manual, refer to the NEAX2400 IMS Installation Procedure Manual.

2. PRECAUTIONS ON INSTALLATION

This manual provides “Static Caution” indicators (Figure 3-1) on pages where work involving static-sensitive
components is described.
