Installing SCSI Controller Driver (N8103-75/107)
If you utilize SCSI controller driver (N8103-75/107), update your system with NEC
EXPRESSBUILDER DVD attached to your system.
The SCSI controller driver will be installed automatically.
Installing SCSI Controller Driver (N8103-95)
The SCSI controller driver will be installed automatically.
Installing Disk Array Controller Driver (N8103-90)
The Disk Array Controller driver will be installed automatically.
Notes of N8103-90
After installing OS, the driver may not be installed depending on the method of installing OS
occasionally.
In that case, please install the driver by the following procedures.
1.
Start [Device Manager] from [Start] menu
→
[Control Panel]
→
[Administrative Tools]
→
[Computer Management].
2.
Double-click the RAID Controller which Device Manager lists as Other device.
3.
Click [Update Driver].
4.
When the "Update Device Driver Wizard" appears, select "No, not this time" and click
[Next].
5.
Select "Install from a list or specific location [Advanced]" and click [Next].
6.
Select "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install" and click [Next].
7.
Select "SCSI and RAID controller" and click [Next].
8.
Click [Have Disk..].
9.
Insert "NEC EXPRESSBUILDER DVD" into the optical disk drive, enter
"\003\win\winnt\oemfd\w2k3amd\fd1" into "copy manufacturer's file from:" and click
[OK].
10.
Specify the following driver and click [Next].
– [LSI Logic MegaRAID SAS 8480E RAID Controller]
The installation of the driver is completed.
Restart the system according to the message appeared on the screen.
