Notepad
☛
Press 4 ( Notepad ) on the Toolbox screen.
The Notepad feature allows you to keep notes and other
useful information, such as agendas and minutes of
meetings, shopping lists and other items you need to
remember. You can save up to 8 text notes.
To create a new Notepad entry

Select No contents and press the SK1 ( NEW ) or
Enter key.
☛
Enter a title (up to 32 single-byte characters including
spaces) and press the
Enter key.

Enter a text message (up to 512 single-byte
characters) and press the
Enter key.
To edit a Notepad entry
☛
Select a notepad entry to be edited on the Notes
screen and press the Enter key. Or press Options
and select 2 ( Edit) .

Select Note title and press the Enter key.
Enter a title (up to 32 single-byte characters including
spaces) and press the
Enter key.

Select Note contents and press the Enter key.
Edit a text message (up to 512 single-byte characters)
and press the
Enter key.
To delete a Notepad entry

Select a notepad entry to be deleted on the Notes
screen and press SK2 ( DELETE ). Then choose SK1
( YES ) or SK2 ( NO ).

Or press Options and select 3 ( Delete ). Select 1
( Delete ) or 2 ( Delete all ) to press the Enter key and
choose SK1 ( YES ) or SK2 ( NO ).
Options
Pressing Options enables operations for the following
functions.
No Options menu
1 New Adds a new title.
2 Edit Edits the title you select. Choose the
following options.
1 Note title
2 Note contents
3 Delete Deletes the entry you select. The
following two options are available:
1 Delete
2 Delete all
4 Synchroni-
sation You can transfer the notepad entries
between the N600i and a PC via
OBEX.
Select options from
Send as
message and Back up vNote.

Trasferring the vNote format is
not available for the message
service.
5 Scheduler
item Set the following title you edit to
Scheduler.
1
Appointment
2 Special occasion
3 Multiday event
4 Days off
6 To Do item Sets the title you create as a To Do
list.
