Chapter 2 Preparations
Installation for N8181-152 Internal simple UPS
1.13.2
Install N8181-152 Internal simple UPS with the following procedures.
1. Mount N8181-152 Internal simple UPS to the
battery holder bracket that is accessory of
N8181-153.
2. Insert the battery holder bracket that the internal
simple UPS is mounted to the tray, then fix it with a
countersunk screw.
3. Connect the cable of the internal simple UPS (a
power cord and two signal cords) to the connector
of the control kit.
4. Reassemble the server.
Configure operation settings of the internal battery as needed.
You can configure the internal battery by EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 3, NEC ESMPRO Manager , or
Server Configuration Utility.
