If you select the

You can set up the following information in the phonebook (Phone):
• Name.
• Home number
• Other phone numbers (Office number, Mobile number, Fax number).
• 2 e-mail addresses.
• Other personal information into the information fields (Note, Company, Street, Post code, Country, City).
• A URL.
• Group (No group, Friends, Colleagues, Family, Biz partner, VIP).
• A picture ID for the caller.
• A specific ringtone/melody for the caller.
To create a new personal record, use the following procedure:
• Highlight
<Add new>
and press Left Softkey to display the
<Add new>
screen.
• Use the and navigation keys to highlight the fields to be added.
• Highlight
Name
field. Key in the name.

Home number

Mobile number
/
Fax number
field and enter the phone number.
• To select an area code, press Right Softkey to access the
+List
menu and select the desired location.

field. Key in the E-mail address. You can enter ’@’ or ’.’ by pressing 1 or # key and choosing an appropriate mark.

• Press Left Softkey (when highlighting any fields other than

Own number
list allows you to enter your own phone numbers. To create a new entry, use the following procedure:
