THE

PTIONAL

EADSET

The optional headset provides a handsfree option for the D

term

Cordless II.

With the headset installed, the user can use the belt clip the carry the handset
and conduct a conversation using the headset.

To install the headset:

Open the cover over the headset jack and plug the headset into the
receptacle.

No other settings are needed.  Operation of the headset is the same as the
handset.  However, the user hears through the headset earphone and talks
through the headset microphone.  The handset earphone and microphone
(mouthpiece) are disconnected.
