Hot Dial Pad

Dial a call without 

fi

rst lifting the handset or pressing any keys.

Hot Dial Pad allows you to place a call without 

fi

rst lifting the handset, pressing a line key, or pressing 

INTERCOM

. With Hot

Dial Pad enabled, you can more easily place Intercom calls (without 

fi

rst pressing 

INTERCOM

), quickly place outside calls

(using Line Group Access and Direct Line Access), and even use the User Programmable Features.

Hot Dial Pad is not available with the following features which use

Using Hot Dial Pad

To use Hot Dial Pad:

1.

Do not

 lift the handset, press 

INTERCOM

, or press a line key.

2.

To call a co-worker, just dial their extension number.

3.

To place an outside call, just dial a line access code (e.g., 

9

) followed by the outside number.

To enable Hot Dial Pad for your keyset:
