Detailed explanation for “Auto Dimming” function
Brightness setting at the
dark condition adjusted
by procedure 3
2. Adjust the “BRIGHTNESS” at the bright condition.
3. Adjust the “BRIGHTNESS” at the dark condition.
If user wants to use the “Auto Dimming” function, following procedure is needed.
1. Select “1” at the following OSM.
4. Then Brightness of the screen is changed by “Auto Dimming” function according to the ambient (room) bright/dark
conditions like following figure.

BRIGHTNESS range
Lb : Bright border for ambient; fixed by the F/W or initial factory data
L1 : Ambient bright value when user sets “Brightness” on procedure 2 (L1>Lb)
L2 : Ambient bright value when user sets “Brightness” on procedure 3 (L2<Lb)
