0401- System Options, Part A
Description
Use Program 0401 - System Options (Part A) to set various
Hotel/Motel options. For the 384i, this program sets options for each
Tenant Group. You can set the options differently for each of the four
Tenant Groups. Refer to the following chart for a description of each
option, its range and default setting. Also refer to Program 0402 -
System Options (Part B).

To enter data for Program 0401 (System Options
[Part A], Item 28: Hotel Wake Up Call No Answer Mode):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 0401 + HOLD.
Tenant No?
3. Enter the number of the Tenant Group you want to program (1-4)
+ HOLD
Item No?
4. Enter 28 + HOLD
Item_28:
The previously programmed value displays.
5. Enter data (0 or 1 - see above) + HOLD
Item No?
6. HOLD to program this item for another Tenant Group
OR
HOLD + HOLD to exit.
0 (Music

Wake Up calls
