Inputs Menu
Video Source
When the display is powered on Auto Source Select looks at the previously selected video source first. If a
signal is present it is displayed, otherwise Auto Source Select starts scanning the inputs for a signal.
To switch to a different input source, press the INPUT button to open the input menu. The Input menu shows:

to the right of the active input. Press the SCROLL button to highlight the desired input. Finally, press
the button to select it.
To select RGBS / YPbPr or Composite / SOG; Scroll to the RGBS / YPbPr or Composite / SOG input and
press the button to select the input. Finally, press the button to toggle between RGBS / YPbPr or
Composite / SOG. The inactive input is grayed out.
BIOS 58B0209 Only:
Connecting an HD SDI signal to the SDI connector causes the internal electronics to
switch to HD SDI support. The resolution message (upper right corner of the menu) will show the resolution of
SDI signal.
General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) Source Selection:
GPIO source selection allows up to 6 inputs to be flagged for remote source switching.
Note:
If RGBS is selected as a GPIO source then YPbPr may not be selected as a GPIO source until RGBS has been
de-selected. The same is true for the Composite / SOG inputs.
GPIO Source Selection Setup:
1. Press the SCROLL button to highlight the first input to be designated.
2. Select it by pressing the button.
3. Press the the Brightness / Contrast button, the text turns green.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the next input.
5. To de-select an input, press the SCROLL button to highlight the input.
6. Select it by pressing the button.
7. Press the Brightness / Contrast button, the text turns black.
Note:
An input must be active in order to be selected or de-selected as a GPIO source.
Using GPIO Source Selection:
1. Connect an appropriately wired fixture to the GPIO connector.
2. Press the fixture’s Source Select switch.
3. The display’s input switches to the next designated input. Inputs are selected in the order they appear in the
Input Menu.
4. Each time the fixture’s Source Select button is pressed the display steps to the next designated input.
5. Press the fixture’s Source Select button until the desired input is selected.
