Menu Bar
The menu bar provides the following controls, see
Figure 3-2 Menu Bar
1.
Import
-
import a previously recorded session.
2.
Template
-
import a previously recorded session for use as a
template for labelling purposes.
3.
Tool
-
select the applicable .rom file for the probe.
4.
Export
-
export the session to one of 4 file types. See the section
for details.
5.
Scan
- switches to
Scan
mode (You can also select
Scan
mode using
the Scan trigger on the Scanner, see

Probe
- select probing mode (active only after 10 or more markers
have been scanned.)
7.
Delete
-
delete the current session.
8.
Transform
- transforms the coordinate system from global to the
probed anatomical (fiducial) points.
9.
Label
-
open the Label Assist window to use a template to label a
new session.
10.
Clear
-
remove labels from the current session.
11.
Show Missing Labels
-
display markers missing from current
session when compared to template.
