Hardware Disassembly 13
a. Using a small flat ‐ blade screwdriver, turn the ZIFF connector locking screw one
half turn counter ‐ clockwise to release the CPU.
b. Note the orientation of the CPU Module (gold triangle location).
c. Carefully remove the CPU and place it in an anti ‐ static packing, which protects
the CPU pins from becoming damaged.
