Clearing Printer Jams

NCR Personas M Series 5887 Operator Manual

6-13

To clear jams in the paper knife area, pull out the two poppers
on the knife assembly and lift it out.

Remove any crumpled or jammed paper.

Replace the knife assembly. The rollers must mesh before the
knife assembly latches into place.

Press in the two poppers.
