To access the Key Injection mode, select the PF3 key and press Enter.
At the password prompt, enter 67354 (“MSKDI”).

Note: The index entered here does not over-ride
the index defined by the KeyFac software (KIS
protocol). This index entry is a legacy command
used for systems that previously would not allow
key injection into multiple indexes.
After the index is entered, the unit is ready to accept key injection
commands from the KeyFac system. When each key is injected,
reference the KeyFac screen for messages indicating the completion of
key injection. The NCR 5945 will not display messages as keys are
injected.
KeyFac will issue the “lock” command at the end of each key set
injection.
The Key Injection Mode also directly supports the VISA DUKPT “90” /
“91” Key Load and “76” Test Commands as defined in the VISA
document “Point-of-Sale Equipment Requirements”, Pin Processing and
Data Authentication, International Version 1.0, August, 1988.
Exit the Key Injection Mode by pressing the Cancel key twice, or by
power cycling the unit.
