Thank you for buying our NC-17 sensor.
To clarify the biggest misunderstandings regarding use and set up of NC-17 sensors
we have the following information for you!
Battery
NC-17 attaches the batteries separately to the sales packaging. This is to prevent that the sensors are always taken out
of sleep by transport and storage and the battery capacity suffers. If you buy our product and the battery is already installed,
it has already been used (customer returns). This is not bad either, but it could also indicate that the battery is already low.
In this case please replace the battery supplied with a brand battery and everything is good.
HR # 4ff. If you pass the spoke magnet on the sensor housing, a low click sound must be audible. If this is not the case, the
battery seems to be empty.
Runtastic app
You can only receive the heart rate if you use the Runtastic Pro version. (With costs)
Settings - Heart Rate - Connect the Heart Rate Monitor now.
If you update to the latest version, the NC-17 Heart Rate Monitor (HRM Dual V13) is automatically integrated. In the old
version, the NC-17 pulse belt must be registered as a Runtastic belt and not as a belt an external Manufacture.

to determine the correct functionality of our sensors. Please check out the AppStore (nRF
Toolbox). This app tests the Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE 4.0, Bluetooth Smart) Function of the sensor. Because the ANT + protocol is
on the same chipset means if BLE 4.0 works also ANT + works. Start the app and Select HRM = Hard rate belt test, CSC =
