Symptom
Possible Solution
The remote
control doesn’t
work.
Ensure that there are no obstacles between
the remote and the player.
Point the remote directly at the remote sen-
sor on the main unit.
Strong light (e.g., direct sunlight, fluorescent
lights, strobe lights) may interfere with the
remote signal.
Ensure that the batteries in the remote retain
a charge and have been installed correctly.
Try replacing the remote’s batteries.
The player
will only play
one track,
repeatedly.
Ensure that REPEAT mode is off (press RE-
PEAT to cancel).
The Function
mode is not
working.
Ensure that the CD Compartment lid is
closed.
Try resetting the unit. Switch the unit off and
unplug it from power. Wait three minutes,
then reconnect power and turn it back on.
