All connections are made at the DVD player
Unit in the front centre or glove box of the
vehicle
All units are removed with VW/AUDI radio
removal tools Removing the unit without the
correct keys may cause damage and
problems when re-fitting the unit.
LOCATION & REMOVAL
Remove the optical cable from the unit, shown
below (shown in Red circles below)
DVD PLAYER
Next insert the supplied female optical cable into
the factory harness optical plug.
Then insert one of the supplied male optical plugs
into the CD Changer / DVD player.
Then insert the other male optical plug into the
interface.
Using the power supply found in the factory power
connector (shown in green circle above)
Connect RED to 12v+ Permanent
Connect BLACK to 12v– Ground
INSTALLATION
Connect the supplied video harness to the
GREEN Fakra connector (shown in blue circle
below
Connect your video cables to the female YEL-
LOW Phono.
Connect your audio cables to the female RED
and WHITE Phono
