5. After finishing clearing the receipt, load the receipt paper properly. Make sure that

the Thermal Print Head (TPH) is closed. When finished loading paper, close the rear

Panel and remove the key.

<Note!>

After all paper jams have been cleared, reload the paper and test the printer using
Diagnostics.
