Case 5: Removing jam from Escrow

1. Open Customer Service Module and Tape Escrow.

2. Turn the knob A and B as shown in below picture and move a jammed bill between
Drum and Tape Escrow to the front of the transport path. Then remove the jammed bill.

3. Turn the knob A counterclockwise and remove the crumpled bill wound around the
drum as shown in below pictures.

  4. Do not remove a normal bill wound around the drum because it is returned during
      BRM initialization.

  5. After removing jam, close Customer Service Module and Tape Escrow.
