How to clear receipt jam from the Printer

How to clear receipt jam from the Printer

1. Open the upper front with key.
2. Retract printer assembly from the rail assembly. This can be accomplished by

pressing the green button and then pull out the printer towards you.

3. Open the print head assembly by pushing down green lever of print head assembly.

4. To take out a jammed paper in front of transport path, lift up the transparent window

guide and remove the jamming receipt carefully.
