2.2 Installing the Standby Ac-Dc Power Supply (U3)

(a) See Figure 3. Remove the transmitter’s rear cover, noting it is secured with 12 sets of M3

hardware. Retain hardware.

(b) See Figure 4. Locate connectors P4 and P6, noting they are tyrapped to a cableform in the

rear of the transmitter, behind the removed rear panel. Carefully cut the tyraps securing P4
and P6 to the cableform.
