GROUND SOCKET INSTALLATION: The
ground socket must be installed in concrete to
insure secure placement of the pole. Dig a
hole using a post hold digger - approximately
8” in diameter and 24” deep. Place four inch-
es of gravel at the bottom. Attach the ground
socket to the lower pole section and place in
the hole. Fill with concrete. Use a water level
to achieve straight positioning. Guy wires or
rope should be used to hold the pole in posi-
tion until the concrete sets up.
