COUNTER TOP MODEL
FILL TO THIS LEVEL

Fill the Insulated Reservoir with distilled or de-ionized water. Have 5 Gallons available.
Fill to the level shown. Carefully

ll until the water level is just below the Condensation
Over

ow Outlet.
8.
Replace the top and secure with the two screws.
9.
Plug in the unit to a suitable electrical outlet.
10. Turn the power switch to the ON position. The switch will illuminate to indicate that
the power is on.
11. Adjust the
CO
2
water
fl
ow (Left Tap) to 1Liter/15 sec
fl
ow rate using the Flow
Adjustment Lever located on the side of the Tap body. This is important for correct
carbonation
level.
12. Before using the unit, allow it to
fi
nish at least one refrigeration cycle (about 3-4 hours).
