MESSAGE PROGRAMMING
Each Message can be individually time programmed to play within the following
criteria:
* From a specific START DATE to a specific STOP DATE.
Where a START DATE is not specified, the Message will PLAY by default on
power up. This file will then play until a STOP DATE. If a STOP DATE is not
specified, the file will PLAY indefinitely. Note When the START DATE and
STOP DATE are in different years, you MUST enter the YEAR for each entry.
You cannot select EVERY YEAR. See pages
22-23
for important programming
information.
* From a specific START TIME to a specific STOP TIME.
Where a START TIME is not specified, the file will PLAY by default on power
up. This file will then play until a STOP TIME. If a STOP Time is not specified,
the file will PLAY indefinitely. Note : the START and STOP TIME must be on
the SAME DAY. For example, you cannot Start a file at 8PM and program it to
stop at 1AM. See pages
22-23
for important programming information.
* On specific DAYS OF THE week only.
Files can be set to play EVERY DAY, or only on specified days of the week.
Once each message (up to a maximum of 250 messages) has been time
programmed according to requirements, and the SD card placed into the
BMS
unit, it will constantly monitor the day, date, time and only play messages that
are valid for the current DATE, TIME and DAY.
More than 1 message may be valid to play at any time. In this situation, the
unit will play ALL valid messages sequentially in Message Number order. Once
all Time Valid Messages have played,
BMS
will then begin with the first Time
Valid file again and work its way through all other Time Valid Messages. If only
One Message is Time Valid, it will repeat this Message until another Message
becomes Time Valid, or it is No Longer Time Valid.
