Your Power Barrow’s unique serial number is found on the
underside of the battery bay lid.
Please keep your receipt as proof of your date of
purchase.
You have the right to send us back the batteries and hub
motor for correct disposal.
Do not allow batteries to drain completely. If
not using the barrow for extended periods,
charge the battery fully beforehand.
Periodically grease the front wheel axle, at
least once every year with 3 in 1 oil.
Do not allow the controller on the handle of
the barrow to become very wet. Cover it if
kept outside, especially overnight.
Keep batteries and charger away from
children.

WARRANTY
Connect barrow wire to handle throttle wire.
Your barrow is now ready to be used. Push the Red
power button. Adjustable speed can be achieved
by applying pressure to the throttle lever.

This then push fits in to the female control wire
connector in the battery compartment. Align the
arrows on the male & female connectors and
ensure they are pushed together correctly.
The remaining lead from the control box has a
two-pin fitting that push fits to the connector lead
attached to the batteries. Align the marker arrow
to ensure they connect in the correct orientation.
Close the battery compartment.

Connect the black crimped connector in the
battery bay to the black terminal of one battery,
then the red crimped connector to the remaining
vacant red battery terminal.
Now feed the male multi pin power cable from the
front wheel through the gap in the fabric of the
battery compartment.

Trax Power Barrows are designed to carry a maximum load of 110kg.
Equipment noise level are less than 70dB(A) and vibration at the handles is less than 2.5m/s2.
Once fully laden, lift the barrow feet
off the ground by the two handles,
press the red button and depress
the Throttle lever until the barrow is
moving forwards at a walking pace
that you are comfortable with.
The motor has a built in thermal cut
out safety feature that prevents the
motor being damaged if it is over
worked for long periods. The motor
will operate as normal again once its
temperature has reduced.
If the motor is not in use the wheel
will remain free running and the
barrow can be pushed manually,
either to conserve battery power or to
allow the motor to cool.
LED indicators on the barrow control
box give a guideline to charge status
of the batteries
.
Green = Full power
Amber = Half power
Red = Charge batteries
If using the optional rear wheel kit do not lean or apply pressure on the handles as the barrow propels
itself, or the battery will quickly drain from trying to pull your weight as well as that of the barrow and
equipment.
Ensure there are no obstacles or dangers in front of your Trax Power Barrow before operating the throttle.
