Motor is hard to steer
• Loosen the knob on the side of the mounting bracket, then re-adjust and apply some lubricant.
If after the usual checks the problem persists, do not open the motor as your warranty will be void.
If you have a problem with your engine that is covered by the warranty you should proceed as follows:
1. Contact your place of purchase and explain the problem.
2. The retailer will need to contact [email protected] with a photograph and explanation of the problem along with proof of purchase.
3. We will confirm if the problem is covered by the warranty.
4. Once confirmed the retailer needs to send a courier return request to Support Department and we will arrange collection of the engine.
5. We will then review the engine and arrange repair or replacement accordingly.
WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty does not extend to wearing parts, e.g. graphite brushes or shearing pins. The warranty is limited to non-commercial use of the motor and
does not apply in the case of user error, accidents, improper repair or modification.
