BATTERY INFORMATION (BATTERIES NOT SUPPLIED)
- To function properly, the sensor must have the appropriate batteries
inserted.
- Only the recommended type of batteries should be used.
- The batteries must be inserted the right way round.
- The battery terminals must not be short-circuited.
- Do not mix new and used batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) and rechargeable (nickel -
cadmium) batteries.
- Do not recharge the batteries or attempt to open them.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
- Replace all batteries at the same time with new, identical batteries.
- If the liquid from a battery comes into contact with your eyes or skin, wash
the affected area immediately and thoroughly with clean water and seek
medical attention.
- Do not expose batteries to excessive heat such as sunlight, fire or similar.
