1. THE ELECTRIC SAUNA HEATER PACKAGE INCLUDES:

2. BEFORE INSTALLATION:
Check the following:
-
The output of the sauna heater (in kW) is correct with respect to the size of the sauna (m

).

The recommended volume of the sauna for each heater type is presented in the Table 1.

If there is uninsulated brick, tile or glass wall surface in the sauna, to the inner volume of the sauna,
add 1.5 m
3
for every 1 m
2
of such wall surface, when selecting the heater with the correct output in
the Table 1.
The volume of the sauna must be within the minimum and maximum values given by Table 1.

The minimum height of the steam room and the minimum safe distances are defined in the Table 1.

Ensure that the surface, to which the attachment plate screws are fixed, is sufficiently firm.
A thin panel alone is not sufficient. Additional studding as a reinforcement behind the panel or
reinforcement irons on top of the panel fastened to the wall studding can make the required
reinforcement.

The NARVI NC sauna heaters of 6.0 kW can also be installed in a wall recess, provided that the safe
distances given by Figure 1 are observed.

The NARVI NC heater of 9.0 kW must not be installed in a wall recess.
INSTALLATION OF MORE THAN ONE ELECTRIC HEATER IN THE SAUNA IS NOT ALLOWED.
All service operations must be done by professional maintenance personnel.
Electricity supply to the heater must be switched off from the fuse panel
before any service measures.
