6. FAULT FINDING
6.1. Electrical faults
Due to the daily usage of the Horizontal Press Brake NARGESA PP200 faults may arise. The following list
of occurrences and their remedies should help you identify and solve most problems.

Problem Cause Solution
Indicators lamps
do not light up
No electrical supply
Ensure that the machine is
connected to the main electrical
supply
Insuffficient power Verify that there is sufficient power
The breaker switch of the control
panel is discativated
Restart breaker switch on the
control panel
The protection fuse is blown Replace the fuse
Electric Motor
malfunction
The breaker switch of the motor is
disactivated
Restart breaker switch of the motor
Insifficient power Verify the power input
Emergency stop button activated
Rotate emergency stop button and
restart machine
Fault in motor guard contactor Contact technical services
