6.2. Mechanical faults
We refer to this chart once we take for granted there is no electrical anomaly.
Fault Cause Solution
The zipper doesn’t go
forward / backwards
The solenoid is not activated
We found that manually
maneuver is performed by pressing the
center of the coil. If so please contact te-
chnical support NARGESA
We found that manually
maneuver is performed by pressing the
center of the coil. If it does not contact the
technical service NARGESA
The zipper moves back /
forth bouncing
Lack of lubrication of the guides
Proceed to lubricate the machine as des-
cribed in section 3.2
The guides move
Adjust the guides as indicated in para-
graph 3.4.
The brake works too
strong
Loosen the brake as shown in
section 3.5.
