HEARTH DIVISION
The Dexen control system is powered by a 3V AC adaptor/transformer and has a battery backup that uses 2 D cell
batteries. The pilot on the Ascent™ models remains the same, however new to the system is an alternate Dexen
H3V gas valve. For those familiar with the original Dexen 6003 system we used previously, the troubleshooting
remains mostly the same with some minor differences. A troubleshooting manual will be available at the end
of September. Dexen H3V wiring diagram shown below for your convenience. Please also refer to the product
installation manual for the replacement part numbers.
Orders will be automatically switched out to the B36NTREA-1, B42NTREA, GX36NTREA and GX42NTREA. You
