Troubleshooting Guide
“I cannot pair my light panels.”
“My light panels are paired but unreachable.”

i) Press and hold down the two buttons on your light panels controller
for 15 seconds.
ii) Let go once the status LED starts flashing.
iii) Wait ~1 minute for the reboot.
1. Soft Factory Reset
i) Unplug your light panels from power.
ii) Press and hold down the two buttons on the controller and plug the
light panels back into power without releasing the buttons.
iii) Once back on, the status LED will start to flash rapidly.
iv) Wait ~2 minutes for the reboot.
2. Full Factory Reset
1. Toggle the WiFi on your phone off then on again.
2. Power cycle your light panels (unplug from power then plug back in).
3. Power cycle your router.
i) 5 GHz networks are not supported. Is your WiFi a 2.4 GHz network?
ii) Ensure multicast, IGMP, UPnP (if available) are enabled on your
router settings.
