1. Once the focusing is done, dilution factor and number of frames to
capture. If you want to see the viability, please check the circle
under the viability circle.
2. Press the “Run sample” button.
3. Enter the sample ID, patient ID, antibody lot number and slide
lot number.
4. Counting the 136 frames is recommended.
When the counting is done, assay slide will be ejected automatically.
