Select the type of sample to measure.
• Sample type: HPC-A, Mobilized PB, Control
• Dilution factor: Enter the dilution factor when the diluted sample
was stained and to be measured.
• Frames: Number of images to be captured. Recommended
number of frames is 136. Depending on cell density,
adjust the number of frames.
• Viability: Check the circle to include to get viability data.
Captured image of sample will be displayed. It will be activated after
inserting sample. (Refer to page 28)
The selected channel will be displayed. It will be activated after
inserting sample. (Refer to page 28)
Insert the sample loaded assay slide and click ‘Insert sample’ button
to start the test.
