2. HOW TO PLAY
•
This product is a gun shooting game for one or two players.
•
Insert the specified number of coins to obtain the required credits. After
establishing credits, press the Start button to start the game.
•
When the game starts, shoot the enemies that appear on the screen.
•
The player’s gun can shoot up to eight rounds in succession.
•
When the gun is out of ammunition, point the gun away from the screen to
reload.
•
Life items and bonus items are hidden at various points within the stage. Shoot
the items to obtain them.
“Life items”:
The player’s lives increase by one. The number of lives cannot exceed the “MAX
LIFE” set in the Test mode “GAME OPTIONS” (See 6-2-2 page 45).
“Bonus items”:
The score increases. The bonus items include “Garlic”, “Holy water”, “Silver
coins”, “Golden skull”, and “Watermelon”.

The stage in which the boss character appears is cleared by defeating the boss
character.
•
During one-player play, another player can join during the game. The required
credit must be inserted to join the game.
•
The player’s lives decrease when shot by enemies. Once all the lives are
consumed, the continue play entry starts.
•
The game is over when the player has lost all lives. The player may continue the
game by selecting continue at game over, (Provided the player has credit
established).
•
If the player’s score on clearing the game is within the day’s best ten, the player
can enter their name.
•
The current best ten names are displayed as “RANKING” on the ranking screen
in Attract mode.
•
The current best ten players’ names and scores are not erased even when the
power is switched off. To erase the current best ten names and scores. (refer to
6-2-2 page 45.)
