1. Slide washer (1) then the cutting blade (2) onto the gear shaft

2. Slide washer (3) and the steel cover (4)

3. Lightly screw the

“locking nut”

(5) onto the gear shaft

4. Rotate the gear head until the

“locking pin holes” have lined up and using

a tool lock the gear head so it will not spin freely (see image below)

5. Tighten the

“locking nut”

it with a Hex so it is secure and cannot come off
