Play from a Bluetooth Device
With this unit, you can listen to audio files from your portable devices (e.g. Smartphones,
Tablets) if Bluetooth connection is available.
To connect your Bluetooth device to the unit, you need to pair your device (e.g Smartphone)
to the unit. Pairing needs only to be done once.
Pairing Bluetooth-enabled Devices

Press the
BLUETOOTH
button on the remote control or press the
SOURCE
on the front
panel until Bluetooth (BT) shows on display.
Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device (e.g. Smartphone).
Search/scan for other Bluetooth device with your device (e.g. Smartphone).
Select
ARIES 36
in the pairing list on your device (e.g. Smartphone).
Your device may request you to enter a passcode during pairing, press “0000” on your
device (e.g. Smartphone).
Press and hold the
PAIR
button for more than 2 seconds to disconnect the current device
(e.g. Smartphone).
Press and hold the
stop
button for more than 2 seconds to clear pairing history.
Please Note!
• The operational range between this unit and a Bluetooth device is approximately 10 metres.
• Before you connect a Bluetooth device (e.g. Smartphone) to this unit, familiarize yourself with
the Bluetooth capabilities of the device (e.g. Smartphone).
• Compatibility with all Bluetooth devices (e.g. Smartphone) is not guaranteed.
• Any obstacle between this unit and a Bluetooth device can reduce the operational range.
• Keep this unit away from any other electronic device that may cause interference.
• The device will also be disconnected when the device is moved beyond the operational range.
• If you want to reconnect the device to the unit, place it within the operational range.
Listening to Music from a Bluetooth Device

Pair the device with the unit. Please refer to above.
Start playing music via device.
If the connected Bluetooth device supports Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), you
can listen to the music stored on the device through the unit.
