Make sure the box next to
ENABLE
checked. If you have a good
connection to the internet, the
STATUS
will show “Connect Success.”
If the
STATUS
shows “Disconnected”, try restarting your NVR after you
click the
ENABLE
checkbox. If you are still disconnected after
restarting, please check to make sure your network is connected to
the internet and checked that you have a good network cable from the
NVR to your switch/router.
MOBILE APPS
There are two different mobile apps, depending on whether you are
using an Android Device or an iPhone. For Android devices, use
